CLUB V — AGENCY
AI Automation Mindset & Mental Framework SOP "Your mindset determines your reality. If you believe you will succeed, you will."
Building an AI automation business is 50% strategy and 50% mindset. You can have the best automation skills, perfect outreach, and a validated niche — but if your mindset isn't right, you'll quit before you see results.
Results will NOT happen immediately. Some people close their first client in a month.
Others take 6 months or a year. The timeline doesn't matter — what matters is that you KEEP GOING.
But here's the difference: Successful people feel all of these things too — they just don't quit.
Most people want money. But they don't have a VISION. There's a massive difference between "I want to get rich" and "I want to build a $50K/month agency so I can retire my parents."
Hustler Mentality (Weak) vs. Vision-Driven Mentality (Strong):
"I want money" vs. "I want to make $20K/month by December"
"I want a nice car" vs. "I want to buy a Tesla Model S to reward myself for hitting $50K/month"
"I want to be rich" vs. "I want to build generational wealth so my kids never struggle"
Focused on short-term dopamine vs. Focused on long-term transformation
Exercise: Create Your Vision Board
Get a Physical or Digital Board: Use a poster board, Pinterest, Canva, or Notion
Divide Into Two Sections: Materialistic Goals + Mentality/Lifestyle Goals
Add Images and Words: Find images that represent your goals
Set Timelines: What do you want in 6 months? 12 months? 5 years?
Put It Where You'll See It Daily: On your wall, phone wallpaper, or desktop background
Materialistic Goals: Tesla Model S, penthouse apartment, $10K watch, first-class flights
Mentality/Lifestyle Goals: Financial freedom, retire parents by 25, work from anywhere, build a team, generational wealth
Why This Works: When you see your vision every day, it becomes part of your identity.
You start making decisions that align with that future self.
The Law of Expectation: If you genuinely believe something will happen and you take action toward it, there is no reason it won't happen.
Every vision in your mind exists for a reason. Your brain doesn't create goals randomly — it shows you possibilities that are ACHIEVABLE.
5 hours/day x 60 days = 300 hours of focused work That's the equivalent of 7.5 full work weeks (40 hours/week) of pure, focused effort.
Do you TRULY believe that 300 hours of focused work won't get you a client? It will.
The only way you fail is if you quit before the 60 days are up.
Dopamine is your biggest enemy. It tricks your brain into thinking you've already achieved the goal when you haven't.
The Rule: Only Celebrate Revenue You don't have a business until you make money. Period.
The ONLY difference between success and failure is persistence.
You vs. Every Successful Person:
You: Had doubts | Faced rejection | Had slow months | Wanted to quit
Them: Had doubts | Faced rejection | Had slow months | Wanted to quit
The difference: They kept going anyway.
These are the people who quit after 2 months, 6 months, or even 11 months.
They were ONE MONTH away from their breakthrough, but they gave up. Don't be that person.
Even if you work for 60 days straight and see no results, KEEP GOING.
Success doesn't have a deadline. It has a PROCESS.
Anyone in this room can build a successful agency. We are the SAME.
The only variable is effort and persistence. There is NOTHING special about anyone who's succeeded.
They just didn't quit. That's the secret.
Don't let money be a roadblock. Every dollar you invest in your business is a bet on your future self.
When you spend $150 on Seamless.ai, don't think "I just lost $150."
Think: "I just invested $150 to get verified leads that will help me close a $5,000 client.
That's a 33x return."
$10K/Month: Fly out / dinner with the team $20K/Month: Ski trip weekend $50K/Month: Surprise reward
Don't stop at your first goal. Once you hit $10K/month, aim for $20K. Keep raising the bar.
First Client -> First $10K month First $10K month -> Consistent $20K months Consistent $20K months -> Scale to $50K+ $50K/month -> Turn agency into SaaS or consulting SaaS/Consulting -> Build generational wealth Generational wealth -> Invest in other businesses, real estate, etc.
This agency is just the vehicle. The destination is financial freedom and the ability to live life on your terms. Keep your eyes on the bigger picture.
Once you make your first payment, everything will click. The struggle will feel worth it.
I promise you: If you stay consistent, you WILL succeed.
Now get to work. Your future self is counting on you.
operations research (Buy Back Your Time), and agency growth psychology research.
One of the most common mindset killers in agency building is comparing your results to someone else's timeline. proven agency growth frameworks addresses this directly in $100M Offers with what he calls the "skill acquisition curve."
The core principle: Every skill has a steep initial learning curve followed by an exponential payoff. The people who look like overnight successes are almost always at the end of a multi-year curve you didn't see.
You CAN control whether you send 50 DMs today.
60 DMs, make 20 cold calls, post 2 pieces of content." The activity goals are 100% in your control.
Track your total outreach attempts from Day 1. Run toward 1,000. Before that number, every "this isn't working" thought is just noise — not signal.
Who are you when you're doing $20K/month? What decisions does that person make?
What do they say no to? What do they spend on without hesitation?
b) Make one "identity-aligned" decision every day, even a small one.
Example: Send DMs at 7am like a serious operator, not at 2pm when you feel like it.
The discipline of timing signals to your subconscious that you're the type of person who runs a real business.
c) Stop saying "I'm trying to build an agency." Start saying "I run an AI automation agency."
Language creates identity. Identity drives behavior. Behavior produces results.
This isn't affirmation fluff — it's cognitive priming backed by behavioral psychology.
your emotional resilience grows from deliberate exposure to rejection.
Most beginners avoid rejection because it feels personal. Top agency builders understand: rejection is data, not judgment.
Reframe drill (do this after every rejection in the first 60 days):
Instead of: "They said no. This doesn't work."
Say: "They said no. That's one data point. What was different about this prospect compared to the ones who did respond? What one thing would I change in that message?"
The "10 Rejections a Day" challenge from Proven agency research team:
Set a goal to get 10 rejections per day from cold outreach. Why? Because:
a) It reframes rejection from something to avoid to something to achieve
b) 10 rejections means you sent more than 10 messages (since not everyone will respond at all)
c) Within a week, you will have enough data to identify patterns in what IS working
Most people set outcome goals: "Close $10K this month." This is the wrong unit of measurement for early-stage operators because outcome goals create anxiety when results lag (which they always do initially).
The top agency growth research/Morgan approach: Set outcome goals for direction. Set PROCESS goals for execution.
Outcome goal (quarterly): Close 3 clients at $3,500 each = $10,500 revenue
Process goal (weekly): 60 DMs, 20 cold calls, 2 LinkedIn posts, 1 case study
Process goal (daily): 12 DMs, 4 cold calls Every morning, you should be able to mark your day a success or failure based purely on process completion — not on whether anyone booked a call.
The SOP recommends 5-6 hours/day. That's correct on volume. But agency growth research and other top agency coaches add a critical nuance: the quality of those hours matters more than the quantity.
Research from the field of deliberate practice (K. Anders Ericsson) and applied by high-output entrepreneurs: 3 hours of focused, high-stakes work (actual outreach, sales calls, learning from data) produces more progress than 7 hours of low-intensity "being busy" work (reorganizing your spreadsheet, rewatching training videos, tweaking your profile).
7:00-9:00am: Outreach (DMs, SMS, follow-ups) — peak window 9:00-10:30am: Sales calls or practice 1:00-2:00pm: Content creation or SOP study 2:00-3:00pm: Tool setup, tracking, admin This single optimization often produces 40-60% more effective output from the same 5-6 hours.
Proven agency research research from onboarding thousands of clients in his programs reveals the actual cause of dropout. It's almost never inability. The real causes, in order of frequency:
The agency owners who make it aren't smarter or luckier.
They solved these four psychological problems first. Everything else is execution.
Check every box before moving on. Reading is not enough — you must take action on each step.
